Social Scene: Goodlife Foundation Successful AGM (17/12/25)
The Goodlife Foundation (GLF), one of KwaZulu‑Natal’s longest‑serving nonprofit organisations, held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Little India Restaurant, recently. The meeting marked another milestone in the organisation’s 46-year journey of serving vulnerable communities across the province. Tasnim is a former mainstream print journalist who began her career at the renowned Daily News in 2001. After years of chasing deadlines, she chose to step back from her adrenaline-rushing position to focus on other creative dreams she hadn't pursued while working as a full-time reporter. Newsie was established after years of researching and developing news sites with an aim of creating a positive narrative about South Africa.
